Non profit organization and all members strive to work towards a safer community through close cooperation and understanding with the police. Our members consist of ordinary citizens, retired police officers and everyone who cares and concern for the safety of the society (非营利组织和所有成员努力争取一个更安全的社区工作，通过密切合作，并与警方的理解。我们的成员包括普通市民，退休警务人员，大家谁的关心和关怀的社会安全)
